  For 5 Cookies:

50 g unsalted butter (softened)
25 g brown sugar (packed)
25 g white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate crinkles 
50 g chocolate (chopped) you can use milk, dark or mix of them.
